Zhaikmunai's operational facilities are located in Chinarevskoye Field in the province of Batys in north-western Kazakhstan. They include an Oil Processing Facility (OTF) capable of processing 400,000 tpa of crude oil, a 120-kilometer oil pipeline, an oil storage tank farm and an oil loading facility at the rail terminal.
As of 31 December 2010, Zhaikmunai had 30 active wells of which 12 were oil production wells, 8 were being prepared for gas condensate production, 2 were under workover, 2 were used for water injection and 6 were shot in.
In addition, Zhaikmunai's new Gas Treatment Facility (GTF) has allowed the start of production of stabilised condensate, LPG and dry gas in 2011. The GTF associated infrastructure includes a power generation station, an LPG storage tank farm and an LPG loading facility at the rail terminal, LPG railcars and a 17-kilometer dry gas pipeline. Various office buildings and employee field camp facilities have also been set up in the course of the years.
Zhaikmunai's overall production volumes from 2004 to early 2012 are featured below. They include crude oil production levels (until H1 2011) as well as GTF products (stabilised condensate, LPG and dry gas) (since H1 2011).
